Proprietary Roltrader Algorithmic Intelligence System

The comprehensive SAP S/4HANA migration assessment.

PRAIS reads your real SAP and operating data and reasons each data point into a board-ready decision — the recommended route, the business case, quantified risk, Fit-Gap, your SAP licensing and AI-cost position, and how to turn the move into measurable value once you're there — your first step to an autonomous enterprise. Computed from your own data, independent of any vendor or implementation team — so you decide, negotiate and realise from evidence, not a pitch.

Where this is heading

Your S/4HANA move is the first step to the autonomous enterprise.

Every SAP roadmap now points the same way: real-time, AI-assisted operations where standard processes run without manual touch and decisions are taken on live data, not last month's. But you cannot automate on a cluttered core — the data, the clean core and the standard processes have to be there first.

PRAIS measures the distance honestly. It reads your master-data quality, clean-core adherence and process standardisation into a single autonomous-enterprise readiness position — the very foundations SAP Business AI and Joule depend on — then names the specific gaps to close and where they sit in the migration. Not a banner on a slide: a computed position from your own estate.

What it covers

One assessment, the whole decision

From the recommended route to the delivery roadmap, PRAIS covers every dimension of the migration in a single assessment.

PRAIS interactive digital twin — the SAP assessment as a navigable model of the estate, with keep/change/eliminate verdicts and cited justifications
The interactive digital twin — explore the assessment as a navigable model of your estate, then export the full board report from the same model.

Recommended route

The right route — Brownfield, Bluefield or Greenfield — scored and defended from your estate, not a vendor's preference.

Business case

Investment, TCO, payback, ROI and working-capital release — every number quantified.

Quantified risk

Monte-Carlo cost and schedule ranges — P10/P50/P90 and a defensible contingency.

Fit-Gap to SAP's standards

Every process scored against SAP's Simplification List — keep, change or eliminate, each cited — from your own modules and custom code. Not a template.

Operational readiness

Drop in an FM/asset export in any format; PRAIS gauges whether the operation can absorb the migration.

Reads your own accounts

Drop in your annual or board report — PRAIS extracts real revenue, margins and working-capital days on your machine, each figure shown with its source page. Your audited numbers, not estimates.

What-if scenarios

Flex approach, scope, timeline, day-rate or own-it vs RISE vs GROW — and watch cost, TCO and risk recompute live.

SAP cost & licensing

RISE FUE mix, Digital Access, Joule and AI-Unit consumption sized from your own users and documents — a position to negotiate against, not a list price.

Per-user licence classification

Every user classified by what they actually do — over-, under- or un-used — with the reclaimable cost and audit exposure named. The saving the role table hides.

Digital Access — found, then priced

The indirect RFC, API and IDoc flows quietly accruing a charge — detected from your interface register, then priced at list and at DAAP settlement. You can't negotiate an exposure you haven't found.

Audit readiness, scored

A 0–100 readiness score and a modelled worst-case invoice — from USMM/LAW, under-licensing and Digital Access — sized before an SAP measurement can raise it.

Per-user risk score

A 0–100 score per user across cost, audit, security, dormancy and FUE — so you act on the twenty that matter, not the two thousand.

Contract intelligence

Reads your SAP order form on your machine — entitlements, Digital Access limits, maintenance %, audit rights — each traced to its page. Deterministic where the number must hold in an audit, not an AI paraphrase.

Licence-mix benchmark

Your Advanced / Core / Self-Service / Developer mix against your sector's band — the signal where you run richer than peers. Computed on your data; nothing uploaded.

The cost of leaving RISE

The lease question, answered from your numbers. Before you sign — or while you're in — what exit actually costs: the one-time termination, data-egress, replacement-infrastructure and transition figures summed to a floor, plus what SAP manages versus what quietly stays yours, made concrete with your own custom estate.

Who still owns it under RISE

Under RISE, SAP runs the platform — but a set of run activities stay yours: patch remediation, access changes, incident follow-up, recovery testing, the business outcome. PRAIS scores each on a named owner, a defined hand-off process, resourcing and an agreed service level — then surfaces the seams where the accountability is yours but the work waits on someone else, before a seam becomes an incident. Whether you're designing the operating model before you sign or checking it once you're live. A lens — it never moves the cost or benefit case, and it complements the SI or MSP doing the work.

Prioritised action plan

Findings turned into a ranked, costed 30/90/180-day plan — with a coverage log scoring captured-versus-assumed.

Value realisation

How the move becomes measurable value once live — the enablers that convert S/4HANA into results, each with a KPI, owner and milestone.

Interactive digital twin

Explore the assessment as a navigable model — click any process for its impact, verdict and SAP citation. Built from your assessment, so twin and board report can never disagree.

Delivery wave plan

A dependency-ordered release plan from the Fit-Gap — which areas go in which wave, sized by effort, with entry and exit criteria.

Input readiness

PRAIS grades its own inputs, flags what's missing, and tells you exactly what to provide to raise confidence before the report is built.

Autonomous-enterprise readiness

How far your estate is from real-time, AI-assisted operations — from the clean-core, master-data and standardisation signals SAP Business AI and Joule depend on, with the specific gaps named.

Organisational & change readiness

The half most assessments miss — scored, not asserted. From your change facts — sponsor, funded team, PMO grip, an independently validated go-live — PRAIS reads the compound failure modes that end transformations in the boardroom, each with the decision that defuses it. Mapped to SAP Activate and Prosci. A lens — it never moves the cost or benefit case.

Proprietary sector intelligence

Your sector's benchmarks, regulation-to-capability map, risk register, licensing exposure and SAP Business AI roadmap — read against your data, every external figure pinned to a named source.

SAP module deep-dives

Optional board-grade chapters — FICO, EWM, MM, SD, PP/QM, MDG — each computing the mandatory S/4HANA conversions, effort and cutover from your configuration, cited to the Simplification List. Adapts to your industry, not a manufacturing template.

What happens to every integration

Your whole integration estate — IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, OData, PI/PO middleware, BW, EDI and every connected application — read from your own interface register (SM59, partner profiles), each given its S/4HANA fate: re-point, rebuild, replace or retire, with the SAP trigger cited. It surfaces the deadlines most miss — PI/PO middleware and BW carry their own end-of-maintenance clock, separate from ECC. And for every connected application — SAP and non-SAP alike — a keep / consolidate-into-S/4 / retire verdict, with the native S/4HANA capability that could replace it and the run-cost prize of doing so. The application-rationalisation decision, computed on your data.

EV traceability & recall exposure

For automotive & battery. One genealogy capture reads whether you can trace a cell to its lot and vehicle in hours — then, from the same data, your worst-case recall blast-radius, aged-cell and single-source risk, and which of the battery-passport regulations that one capability actually covers. One capture, several answers — computed on your own data.

Your SAP-official benchmarks

Ingest the figures from SAP programs you already run — Signavio, VLM, Ariba, Business Network — and see your position against SAP's own benchmark, computed on your value and tagged to its source.

One reconciliation layer, not three tools in three meetings

Three tools answer three questions — what executes (Signavio), what code remains (CCLM), what the business should do (LeanIX). PRAIS reconciles all three into one verdict per capability — keep, standardise, tolerate or retire — and shows exactly where the human call on 'why' still belongs.

Beyond SAP

One independent method — now for every major ERP

PRAIS's method — independent, buyer-side, deterministic, zero-egress — isn't SAP-specific. The same engine now assesses migrations off Microsoft Dynamics and Oracle E-Business Suite too, each read from your own system exports. Every figure still traces to a data source and a rule, and nothing leaves your environment.

SAP · ECC → S/4HANA

The flagship assessment above — recommended route, business case, Fit-Gap, licensing and AI-cost position, integration disposition, readiness and value realisation. Own-it vs RISE vs GROW vs staying, all modelled from your estate.

Microsoft Dynamics → D365

For GP, AX, NAV and SL estates. The migrate / re-implement / two-tier / stay decision, Fit-Gap to Dynamics 365, integration disposition, licensing, and the people-and-change readiness the move actually turns on — read from your own exports. Dynamics GP support ends December 2029.

Oracle E-Business Suite → Fusion / OCI

Re-implement to Fusion Cloud, lift-and-shift to OCI, or stay — assessed honestly against your CEMLI estate, with your Java per-employee and Options & Packs audit exposure surfaced. Support to 2037 means staying is a genuine option — and PRAIS says so when it is.

Same discipline on every platform: independent of any vendor or implementation partner — the neutral check you bring in alongside them, named not rebranded — deterministic, cited, and on-premise / zero-egress on your own data.

How it works

From your SAP data to a management report

No black box. Three steps — and any statement in the report traces back through them.

1

Capture

PRAIS reads your own SAP and operating data directly — a read-only extract of custom code and actual usage, master-data volumes, data-quality scores, your interface register (SM59, partner profiles), and financial and operational KPIs. A SAP Readiness Check export sharpens the picture when you have one, but it isn’t required — the extract is read-only and runs at any release, even a sandbox or system copy, so there’s no wait to get current first. PRAIS can also ingest your annual report, interim report or board pack (PDF) — read on your own machine, never uploaded — pulling your real revenue, margins and working-capital days for you to confirm, so the case is tailored to your own accounts, not estimates.

Your data — even your annual report
2

Compute

A deterministic engine scores route, cost, risk and readiness, Fit-Gaps against SAP's Simplification List, and runs Monte-Carlo on cost and schedule — with a proprietary sector-intelligence layer (benchmarked position, regulation-to-SAP-capability mapping, sector risk and licensing exposure) that frames your data in your sector's SAP terms. Same inputs, same outputs.

Rules, not opinion
3

Conclude

Each result passes through fixed logic that writes it up as a management finding — what it is, what it means for the operation, and what it implies for the migration.

Statements, not cells

Why that isn't like other SAP tools

Most tools either collect the technical data or sell you the migration. PRAIS sits above both — reading the technical layer, then reasoning across the business, risk and commercial picture.

Independent

Buyer-side and evidence-led, not a vendor sales narrative — it will even model not migrating yet.

Deterministic & traceable

Same inputs, same report; every statement traces to an input and a rule. Nothing invented.

The whole picture

Route, business case, risk, Fit-Gap, benchmarks, negotiation, roadmap and a prioritised action plan — one report, not a slice.

Proprietary sector intelligence

Banking, pharma, consumer goods, retail (grocery, general merchandise & fashion — each its own pack), utilities, oil & gas, public sector & healthcare and manufacturing — each with its own Fit-Gap, benchmarked position, regulation-to-SAP-capability map, migration risk register and SAP Business AI roadmap. Built in, not bolted on; every figure pinned to a named reference held on file.

Module-level, not just headline

Optional deep-dives for FICO, EWM, MM, SD, PP/QM and MDG take the assessment down to the mandatory conversions, modelled effort and cutover sequence of each module — every change cited to SAP's Simplification List — where most tools stop at the summary. Sector-aware: the same deep-dives adapt from GxP pharma to a bank.

One place, not three tools

Reconciles what Signavio, custom-code lifecycle management and LeanIX each see into a single verdict per capability — and is honest that the why behind an exception is a human call, not a computed one.

Reads your own accounts

Drop in your annual report, interim report or board pack — PRAIS extracts the real financials on your own machine, each figure shown with its source page for you to confirm before it feeds the case.

What the assessment delivers

Every engagement produces a comprehensive evidence report. A few real pages from a live run for a demo manufacturer:

The business case

A recommendation, costed to the Dollar, Pound or Euro

PRAIS picks the route and defends it with figures that stand up to scrutiny.

  • Recommended approach with investment, payback and 5-year TCO
  • ROI and working-capital release quantified
  • Every headline figure traceable to a captured input
Brownfield (system conversion) — $28.4M working-capital release and $3.9M/yr benefit vs $15.0M investment.
PRAIS report — migration business case cover with recommended approach and headline figures
Risk, quantified

A distribution, not a single point estimate

Ten thousand Monte Carlo simulations put a real probability on cost and schedule.

  • P10 / P50 / P90 cost and duration outcomes
  • Probability of landing on budget and on deadline
  • A defensible contingency recommendation
16% chance of landing on budget at the base case — so you plan for P50.
PRAIS report — Monte Carlo risk-adjusted cost distribution
Benchmarked

Measured against the market

Your position set against industry benchmarks and a live risk heat map.

  • Process KPIs — current versus target
  • Cost and delivery benchmarked to the mid-market
  • Risks ranked by likelihood and impact
PRAIS report — industry cost & delivery benchmark comparison, this programme against the mid-market band
The route, defended

Every route scored — including the ones you won't take

Brownfield, Bluefield and Greenfield compared on cost, duration and risk.

  • Computed best-fit — not a vendor preference
  • Trade-offs shown, not hidden
  • The reasoning that stands up to scrutiny

Down to the transaction

Fit-Gap against SAP's own Simplification List

Process by process, object by object — what fits, what changes, and what it costs.

  • Standard / configure / redesign, per process
  • Person-days of design effort estimated
  • Cross-referenced to SAP's Simplification items

SAP Business AI & Joule

What the AI actually costs — before you commit

Joule and agentic AI are metered in AI-Units. PRAIS sizes the consumption from your own users and documents — no invented list price.

  • AI-Unit demand modelled across light, broad and heavy usage
  • Grounding, agent-step and Digital Access drivers made explicit
  • What to put in front of SAP — and the quote to obtain
At ~800 named users, agentic usage models to 14,400–192,000 AI-Units a year — size it before you sign.
PRAIS report — SAP Business AI and Joule economics, AI-Unit consumption modelled from your estate
Licensing & commercial

Your FUE and Digital Access position, computed

The RISE licence conversation turns on a handful of numbers. PRAIS derives them from your user mix and document volumes so you negotiate from evidence.

  • Full-Use Equivalent mix and tier-aware RISE corridor
  • Digital Access document licensing and the conversion credit
  • Third-party-support and maintenance leverage quantified
242 FUE and 1.05M Digital Access documents — a defensible position, not a vendor's opening bid.
PRAIS report — SAP licensing and commercial position, FUE mix and Digital Access computed from the estate
Value realisation

Turning the move into measurable value

The migration is the enabler, not the value. This chapter turns the business case into a realisation plan — the enablers that convert an S/4HANA move into results, each owned and measured.

  • Five researched enablers sized against your own estate
  • A value-realisation map — every driver with a KPI, owner and milestone
  • Value-at-risk — where the prize leaks if the enablers aren't funded
$42.9M of value identified — none of it created by the technical move alone.
PRAIS report — post-migration value realisation, enablers and value map sized against the estate
From findings to actions

Not just what's wrong — what to do, and when

Every finding your data triggers, turned into a prioritised, costed action plan — the watch-outs and readiness moves an experienced delivery lead would raise, ranked by severity and sequenced across the first 30, 90 and 180 days.

  • Topic-by-topic watch-outs, each cited and ranked most-material first
  • The money at stake, where your own numbers give a defensible figure
  • A 30 / 90 / 180-day action plan — decide now, design next, realise later
Every point is triggered by a figure in your data — a different estate gets a different playbook.
PRAIS report — Migration Risk & Readiness Playbook: ranked, cited watch-outs and a 30/90/180-day action plan
Nothing assumed in silence

A coverage score — and exactly what to firm up

For every data domain the decision needs, the report states whether you supplied it or the tool used a clearly-labelled assumption in its place — and scores the result. Confidence you can see, not take on trust.

  • Captured-versus-assumed across every data domain, scored live
  • The exact figures to capture next to raise confidence
  • Computed from your inputs — a fuller capture, a higher score
PRAIS report — Discovery & Coverage Log: captured-versus-assumed per data domain, scored from the client's own inputs
Who owns what

Decision rights, mapped to the decisions you actually face

A migration is lost on governance as often as on technology. PRAIS turns “align the stakeholders” into a RACI grid — and the decisions on it are the ones your own data makes material, each with the evidence beside it.

  • Every decision assigned Accountable / Responsible / Consulted / Informed
  • Rows selected from your estate — custom code, data, integration, skills, compliance
  • The evidence shown for each (e.g. “1,840 objects to adapt”, “18 interfaces”)
A different estate produces a different map — the framework is standard, the decisions are yours.

ORCHESTRA — SAP Migration Project Management

PRAIS decides. Assure proves. Orchestra runs the delivery — the most complete delivery cockpit built for enterprise ERP migration. Most migrations don't fail on technology; they fail on people and governance — RACI never enforced, change deprioritised, delivery slipping, no one accountable. Orchestra runs the entire programme in one place: a 14-stage journey with a per-stage playbook, every task and test, RAID, RACI, a real-time budget tracker, board-ready status that computes itself — and a library of ready-made migration meetings and artifacts (kickoff, SI evaluation, fit-to-standard, UAT, go/no-go, cutover runbook) so the governance is prepared for you. Purpose-built for the migration, grounded in the real record, and the only cockpit where a stage gate turns green only on independent evidence. So you deliver on time — and can prove it.

Watch the product tour — the whole cockpit, screen by screen. A working tool, not a report.

PRAIS and Assure prove the data is right. Orchestra makes the people and governance prove out too — the bigger failure class, and the one a status report can always hide.

Everything the programme needs in one place — planned, tracked and governed on the real record. Purpose-built for ERP migration and evidence-linked, so it does what a generic tracker can't.

Guided 14-stage journey

The SAP Activate roadmap built in — with a per-stage playbook: what to do, what to watch for, what to deliver. Mission Control shows schedule, budget, risk and team RAG from the real record, plus a "what's expected of you" card for every role.

Work & Test Plan

Every task and test on a Kanban or list board — owners, priorities, due dates, dependencies and blockers — with overdue items and on-time completion tracked live.

RAID & change, in one register

Risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, change and backlog — with a one-click escalation straight to the sponsor, so a blocker doesn't wait for the weekly report.

RACI & real accountability

A named Accountable owner on every task — and behavioural tracking of who actually delivers on time versus late versus overdue. Real behaviour from what's tracked, not a self-reported RAG.

Real-time budget tracker

Budget lines tracked live against the plan — spend and forecast feed the programme RAG the moment they move, not at month-end. The board sees the real position, always.

Generated meetings & artifacts

A library of ready-made, migration-specific agendas, decks and governance — kickoff, SI evaluation, fit-to-standard, data governance, UAT, pre-mortem, cutover runbook, go/no-go — plus RACI, job descriptions and a stakeholder register. The meetings, prepared for you.

Status that computes itself

Board-ready RAG and a "needs attention" list drawn straight from the real record — never typed — with a schedule buffer that shows the moment you're behind pace. Export a status PDF in a click.

AI assistant, grounded

On top of the ready-made set, AI drafts agendas, emails, steering decks and JDs from your real data in seconds — with a guard that flags any figure not in the record. It says "not captured," it never guesses.

Decisions, lessons & the team

A decision log that remembers why, lessons captured as you go, team pulse and per-stakeholder check-ins, and kudos to keep momentum — with @mention notifications, an AI digest and a calendar feed.

ASSURE — Independent Migration-Integrity Assurance

PRAIS decides. Assure proves. An independent, evidence-led check that carries the same rigour through the programme — so "the data migrated cleanly" isn't a status someone reports, it's the reconciliation behind it. It's platform-agnostic: whether you're moving to SAP S/4HANA, Oracle Fusion or Microsoft Dynamics 365, a sub-ledger still has to tie back to the general ledger. And once you're live, that same independence extends to the operating model itself — who owns each run activity your cloud provider doesn't, so the accountability that stays yours is named, not assumed.

Watch the 60-second overview — independent, evidence-led assurance, carried across the migration.

In finance, no one raises, approves and pays the same invoice — the duties are separated, because independence protects everyone. Yet on most migrations the same implementation team that builds the system also signs off that it's ready. Assure brings that same independence to the data and the numbers — so the implementation team can prove its work, and the Board can rely on it.

Five modules, one independent baseline — carried from the decision through cutover to realised value, and on into steady-state to prove the data stays reconciled. Every verdict derives from an export you already produce; nothing is a self-reported status.

1 · Business Validation

Sub-ledger → GL tie-outs — AR, AP, inventory, fixed-assets, GR/IR — verified within tolerance, not asserted, and converging over the mock conversions. A "green" on the data, with the reconciliation attached.

2 · Cutover Gate

An independent go / no-go with an un-overridable verdict and a locked sign-off — composed from the evidence, so a go-live date can't be authorised over an open blocker.

3 · Compliance & Controls

Did the controls survive the migration? Segregation-of-duties conflicts, standing all-access (SAP_ALL and its equivalents), audit-trail logging — counted from your exports. An audit-defensible posture, before the audit finds it.

4 · Value Realization

Post-go-live: did the promised value land? Realised run-rate scored against the original business case — the pillar no vendor tool or implementation team can occupy once they've left.

5 · Data-Integrity Drift

Post-go-live: did it stay reconciled? Each close, the same tie-outs are re-checked and any control silently drifting from its go-live baseline is flagged — with the divergence dated. The drift a one-time sign-off can't see.

Independent by design

Not the implementation team, not the software vendor — a neutral referee that has nothing to lose if you delay. The one party that can honestly say "not ready," and give the team objective proof of delivery.

Extract-based, zero-egress

No system to hook up. Drop the exports you already produce (CSV or Excel — SAP, Oracle or Dynamics); they're parsed in your browser and your data never leaves your environment.

All five modules are live in preview: drop the exports you already produce (CSV or Excel) and Assure returns the independent verdict — deterministically, in your own environment, every figure traceable to an extract. Try it on the demo dataset, then register for early access.

FAQ

SAP S/4HANA migration assessment — common questions

Straight answers on independence, data security, cost, and how PRAIS differs from SAP's own readiness tools.

Is PRAIS independent of SAP and system integrators?
Yes. PRAIS is vendor-neutral — it is not resold by SAP or any system integrator, and it does not steer you toward a route in order to sell a licence or a project. Every figure is computed from your own SAP and operating data, so the recommended migration route, business case and risk reflect your estate, not a pitch. That independence is the point: you decide, negotiate and realise value from evidence.
Does my SAP data leave our environment?
No. PRAIS runs on-premise, or in your own private cloud, with enforced zero-egress — your SAP and financial data never leaves your infrastructure. Nothing is uploaded to us or to any third-party AI service. You receive a management report computed entirely inside your own boundary.
How is PRAIS different from SAP Readiness Check?
SAP Readiness Check is a technical readiness scan for the conversion itself. PRAIS answers the business decision on top of that: which route to take, the costed business case in your currency, a quantified risk distribution, Fit-Gap to SAP standard, your licensing and SAP Business AI (Joule) cost position, and how to realise value after go-live. It is the decision layer, not a duplicate of the readiness scan. Crucially, PRAIS doesn’t depend on the Readiness Check: a Readiness Check export sharpens the picture when you have one, but where a system is too far back to run one, PRAIS’s own read-only extract reads the raw tables directly, at any patch level — so there’s no weeks-long upgrade just to get to a starting line.
Which migration routes does it assess?
Every route — Greenfield (new implementation), Brownfield (system conversion), Bluefield (selective data transition) and RISE with SAP — each scored on cost, risk, disruption and value, including the ones you won't choose, so the recommendation is defensible.
What does PRAIS cost?
Engagement-led — there are no published rates, because scope varies by SAP estate and objective. Tell us the engagement via the enquiry form and we'll size it with you. A free preview of your own assessment is available first — you see the full report's scope and what it delivers before committing.
Can partners and system integrators use PRAIS with their clients?
Yes. SIs and advisory firms run PRAIS per client company under a licensed, watermarked and metered model — an independent, board-ready assessment you bring to win and de-risk migration work — it stays independently named, because that independence is what makes it worth bringing. Assure FAQ

SAP migration assurance — common questions

Straight answers on what PRAIS Assure checks, its independence from your SI, and how it follows the migration from mock to cutover to realised value.

What is PRAIS Assure?
PRAIS Assure is the independent referee for an ERP migration. Where the PRAIS assessment decides the move, Assure verifies it goes right — checking that the data actually moved correctly and the numbers reconcile at every mock conversion and at cutover, and that the value the business case promised lands after go-live. Deterministic and evidence-based, so the verdict holds up in the room.
How is Assure different from the PRAIS assessment?
The assessment is the one-shot decision before you move — route, business case, quantified risk. Assure follows the migration itself: it re-runs at each mock and at cutover, then continues post-go-live on value realisation. One decides whether and how to move; the other proves, independently, that it is being done correctly.
What does Assure actually check?
Five modules. Business Validation reconciles the migrated sub-ledgers back to the general ledger — did the data move, and does it still balance. Cutover Gate is an independent go/no-go with a locked sign-off that a launch date can't override. Compliance & Controls checks segregation-of-duties, privileged access and logging. Value Realisation tracks whether the promised benefit actually landed, quarter by quarter. Data-Integrity Drift then monitors each close after go-live and flags any control that has silently drifted apart — dating exactly when the divergence began.
When — and how often — do we run it?
Per mock conversion (typically two to five), again at production cutover, and optionally on the first post-go-live closes for value. Run across the mocks, it produces a convergence curve — the reconciliation gap closing towards zero — which is your evidence-based go-live confidence signal.
Does our data leave our environment with Assure?
No — the same zero-egress model as PRAIS. You feed the reconciliation extracts you already produce at each mock; Assure parses them in your own browser and only summed control totals reach the engine, which runs inside your environment. Nothing is uploaded.
Is Assure independent of our system integrator?
Yes — that is the whole point. Otherwise the team that builds the migration also grades whether it is ready, a segregation-of-duties gap an auditor would flag on sight. Assure is the independent check both you and your SI feed into — and it protects the SI too: independent evidence the work is sound clears sign-off and unlocks milestone billing. An ally, not an auditor.
What does Assure cost?
Engagement-led, priced per run — per mock, per cutover, per quarter of value tracking — so you pay for the gates you use rather than a platform licence. Tell us the programme via the enquiry form and we'll size it with you.
