This policy explains how Roltrader Consultancy Group ("we", "us") handles personal data collected through roltrader.com. We keep it deliberately short because the site does very little with your data.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us through the enquiry form:

• Your name and work email
• Your organisation, and — if you provide it — the client company and country an enquiry relates to
• Whether you are a direct client or a partner/SI, and any message you write

Our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. The site itself sets no tracking or advertising cookies.

Why we use it

Solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss and provide access to PRAIS. Our lawful basis is your consent in submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in replying to you.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is emailed to our team at info@roltrader.com. We do not sell or share your details, and we do not use them for unrelated marketing. Data is processed on our behalf by our hosting and email provider only to deliver that message.

How long we keep it

Only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to withdraw consent. Email info@roltrader.com and we will action it.
